RIKEIZAI CE-2022
RIKEIZAI CE-2022 is a Water Based Hybrid Mould Release Agent for cold cure (HR Foam) Polyurethane Foam. It is suitable for all MDI systems, especially for Seat Cushions, Head Rests and Acoustic foam.
Key features
- Environmentally safer in foam production due to Water Based Hybrid Technology
- Saving material cost due to less spray amount to the mould, resulting excellent release ability and minimal build up
- Open cell structure of the foam can be made
- Non – sticky surface of the foam can be made
- Parts can be glued with a Water Based Adhesive
- Suitable for mould temperature of 50 – 65°C
- Low VOC, < 30%
Application Area
For Cold cure (HR Foam) production

Application Method / Conditions
For Cold cure (HR Foam) production
- Product should acclimatise at room temperature prior to use.
- Use straight without dilution
- Spray system: Air assisted
- Recommended coating quantity: 15 – 25 g/m²
- Recommended mould temperature: 50 – 65°C
Storage / Handling
- Storage Temperature ( 5 °C to 35 °C )
- The product should be mixed gently before use for about 15 min
- Excessive and high sheer stirring/circulation can destroy the emulsion
- Keep container tightly closed to avoid evaporation

Bomix PU-HS-Antiblock 9/17701-2
Description
Concentrated release agent for PU foams.
Application
Low pressure Airmix-equipment with small nozzle sizes between 0.3 and 0.5 mm and air pressure from 1.0 – 4.0 bar.
Density by method of DIN 2811-2
0.740 g/cm3
Flashpoint by method of DIN EN 22719
< 0 °C Shelf- life in tightly sealed Containers stored between +5 and +25 °C
24 months
Application indication
Apply the form release agent sparingly all-over the form. A material pressure of 0.3 – 1.5 bar is recommended when using a pressure tank. The proper dose has to be adjusted for every product line. A process temperature between +15 ° C and +30 °C is recommended. If stored below +5°C we suggest heating up to 30°C and stirring to achieve optimum homogeneity.
Special Remarks
In case of interim storage of PU-components for subsequent surface refinement, cleaning of the components prior to storage is recommended. We advise additional cleaning of the components prior to the follow up surface treatment process. Our technical service in word, writing and through trials is provided to the best of our knowledge. However, this service can only be considered as a non-committal reference, also regarding any third patent rights and does not release you from the own examination of the products, supplied by us, as regards to their suitability and security for the intended procedures and purposes. Application, use and processing of the products take place outside our ability of observation and is therefore exclusively in your area of responsibility. In all other aspects our general terms of delivery and sales are valid.

Application indication
Apply the form release agent sparingly all-over the form. A material pressure of 0.3-1.5 bar is recommended when using a pressure tank. The proper dose has to be adjusted for every product line. A process temperature between +15 ° C and +40 ° C is recommended. Because this water-based release agent is an emulsion, it is of particular importance to ensure that the product is not exposed to extremely high temperatures for too long (> 45 ° C)! Furthermore, unnecessary mechanical influences, such as shear force and friction through – for example gear pumps – are not recommended. The use of membrane pumps is possible with an efficiency of approximately 300-500 g / min. Bomix recommends a release agent tank with pressurisation. Here, the installation of an additional pump is not required as the transport of the release agent is ensured through the pressure. In any case it is imperative that the release agent is gently stirred during processing in order to keep it homogeneous. The peripheral speed of the stirrer should be set at 0,5 m / sec.
Special Remarks
The release agent can be transported for up to 5 days at temperatures from / till -21 ° C. However, hereafter the product has to be stored for about 36 hours at temperatures between + 15 ° C and 35 ° C in order to thaw. Stir well before use until the homogeneity of the release agent is guaranteed. In case of interim storage of PU-components for subsequent surface refinement, cleaning of the components prior to storage is recommended. We advise additional cleaning of the components prior to the follow up surface treatment process. Our technical service in word, writing and through trials is provided to the best of our knowledge.
