Metalflow’s hot and semi-hot forging solutions are the result of decades of experience in the field of design, development, and manufacturing of technical release agents for plastic deformation operations. Developed to ensure high performance and facilitate the extraction of the forged part, preventing premature wear and tear of the tool and mould.
Release Agents and ancillary products with a technological nature that incorporate the latest advances in lubricant formulation to optimize their application, whether it’s direct, through immersion, or through pre-coating. Our products are aromatic free and help our clients with their waste management and allow them to comply with the most demanding environmental standards.
Graphite Based Release Agents
FORFLOW graphite based lubricants offer high performance in the most demanding circumstances. Its wide range of granulometries ensures an excellent film formation regardless of die irregularities, avoiding metal to metal contact and premature wear and tear of the mould.

Graphite Free Release Agents

2000 Range
Biodegradable technology free of suspended particles, based on organometallic salts in water. They improve the mould cooling and ensure an optimal level of cleanliness in the work space avoiding sedimentation problems and nozzles clogging.
